The crushing structure:There are two ways to input the materials:
automatically or manually. When the raw materials were put into the
crushing room, with the beating of the hammer leaf and the
scrubbing of the air, the raw materials will be crushed into
mealiness or graininess. Then under the effect of the centrifugal
air, the mealiness or the graininess will get in to the A impeller
casing through the sieve pore.
The materials mixing structure: with the whirling of the thruster,
the materials will be transferred into the material pipeline by the
B hammer room by force. There, the materials will be lifted to the
top of the room and be totally mixed up and down and spinned from
left to right via the air. Therefore, the materials can be evenly
mixed which is quite ideal.
The screw conveyor structure:It is used to convey and stir
materials of powder, granular or small block in industry, medicine,
food and environment protection industries and can control the
quantity of flow of materials by adjusting rotate speed.The product
can feed materials to the next working procedure evenly, in the
drive unit the electromotor drives reducer , pass on spiral axis by
coupling , under the action of spiral blade the materials were
outputted evenly while the materials go into inlet.
The pellet making structure:It's a new generation of energy-saving
products,researched and developed by our researcher newly. It is
mainly used to compress crushed corn straw, plant waste, bamboo
powder, grass, straw, rice husk and wood chips etc. into
cylindrical and square shape particles. Machines adopt bipolar
speed adjusting, and have the characteristics of low power
consumption, reasonable structure, economic and durable.
The belt conveyor structure:It is available in diverse designs
depending on the material to be handled, its volume, length and
other particular requirements from our clients. These are
specifically designed so that they consume less power and provide
excellent output in an efficient manner. The ball and bearing
provided in the conveyors makes their movement of the belt very
convenient.These are used in numerous applications such as:" Sand
transfer system for foundries" Coal and ash handling systems"
Clinker for cement plants" Food grade salt plants.
The cooling structure:The counterflow cooling principle is adopted
to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air
touches hot pellets with high moisture and cool air touches cooled
pellets with low moisture so as to avoid the pellet surface crack
caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool
air and hot pellets.
